Trade Stands 2026 - bookings open on Monday 12th January!
Trade stand applications for the next show, to be held on Tuesday 28th July 2026 at Duncombe Park, Helmsley, will be open from Monday 12th January.
**PLEASE NOTE: The Show is in the process of becoming VAT registered so, whilst VAT is now added to the price charged, a VAT Registration number is not yet available, but will be supplied as soon as received.**
EXISTING EXHIBITORS - Previous exhibitors will be given priority until 28th February 2026 and can book directly. All pitches are 12m deep with prices dictated by frontage. If you need to pay by invoice rathe than card, please use the Provisional Booking option.
NEW EXHIBITORS - If this is your first time exhibiting at Ryedale Show, please book through the New Exhibitor options. This allows you to make an initial stand booking, which the organisers will then review and either accept or refund your booking, based on space and suitability, from 1st March 2026. All pitches are 12m deep with prices dictated by frontage. If you need to pay by invoice rather than card, please use the Provisional Booking option.
CRAFT STALLS WITHIN CRAFT MARQUEE - Previous exhibitors will be given priority until 28th February, then new exhibitors will be considered from 1st March.
FOOD OR DRINK CONCESSION APPLICATIONS - Please note that all food and drink concessions are organised through SWALLOW EVENTS, so we cannot accept any individual bookings from catering outlets.
BARS AND ICE CREAM VANS - We have contracts with local businesses for these and therefore cannot accept individual bookings.
